The Canon Powershot A2200 has a 4x broad (equivalent to 28mm) large zoom, fantastic for family and group images, or to catch a stunning beach or tropical sunset. At 14.1 megapixels it delivers sharp, crisp, spectacular images and with the flick of a switch, it tapes HD video.
It has a great function which I truly adore. You could switch off the noise, flash and AF Beam in quiet areas. Great for when you're snapping away at a wedding and do not wish to disturb anybody.

It enables me to obtain actually close up and get beautiful images of the little details, like seashells, crabs, the detailed beauty of the sandy beaches, etc. No have to even look through the viewfinder when getting close up. Just look at the large, simple to see LCD display.

The Canon Powershot A2200 isn't really without faults. I guess for the fantastic low price that it's offered for, it can't have every little thing. If you want to connect it to your TELEVISION, the cord is sold independently. Not a big deal as it's very inexpensive, but you do have to bear in mind to obtain it. If you want fancy features like shooting panoramas, then this camera is not for you.
All in all, by far it has the best function set of all the cameras in this cost range. I shopped around a whole lot and am quite picky about images and attributes in a camera and the Canon Powershot A2200 beat the competition. Low cost, easy to use, terrific features and easy to hold. Battery life is terrific as it makes use of a Lithium-Ion battery.
