By Phyllis Schroeder

Kids love to play. There are many toys that are available in stores. It comes in different shapes and sizes. Among them were the ones who have great meaning. Others also have a very spooky history.

However, never did we know that there are some eerie histories about it. The classy old fashioned ways of playing with them were fading away. It is because Gothic rag dolls were one among the spooky stories that are ever told. They were not just ordinary stories, yet are real ones.

You see, the dolls are a human like figure that are crafted as toys. Kids reenact their perceptions of how people communicate with each other. They treat their dolls as their playmates.

There is a popular movie that has been released. These became so popular. It is a doll whose name is Annabelle. It had been believed that it is named after a seven year old child who was found dead many years ago before the apartment was built. Something eerie is going on. The ladies were both shocked to come home seeing it in different places. It mimics a human behavior. It brought terror to them. The girls asked for a manly help from their friend, Lou. More bizarre things occurred. This brought chills to the spines of these youngsters.

The settlers willingly accepted it. But, as time goes by, it becomes even more eerie. It began to be seen in many other places in the house. It had been usually placed on the bed. At first, it seemed nothing. The appearance became even more complicated. It appears that it is as if having a life of its own.

Also, priests were then consulted, but the eerie experiences still continue. This made them decide to lock it up. It was donated to an Occult Museum. On their way home, the lads laughed out all about the encounters with it. Unluckily, an accident, brushed them off to uncertainty. Not long enough, the guy died, leaving his companion to an over a year hospitalization.

Also, there was a story of Okiku. It was the one whom Eikichi bought for his sister, Okiku. The little girl, named it after her own name. It became her best friend. She will carry it anywhere until she died from influenza. It remained. It was placed on the altar in memory of her. But, to their great surprise, its hair grew continuously.

There also was a boy named Bert. He had a toy which he called Buck, treated it as a close friend. But, time passed that he started to stop playing with it because he has grown to be a man. On his eighteenth birthday celebration, Buck fell with his feet on the ground. This continued to happened many years later. To formulate an explanation of it would be difficult.

Everything that we are told are true stories. These dolls are exceptional. But, it does not mean that all of them are possessed just as the others are. So, in owning one, be cautious. Choose them carefully.
